For more than 50 years, the Penn State Justice and Safety Institute (JASI) has provided the highest quality training, education, and consulting services to thousands of law enforcement and criminal justice professionals.

JASI’s mission is to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for justice-related agencies and professionals to safely, efficiently, and effectively serve their communities. Our programming is firmly rooted in the JASI values of integrity, respect, responsibility, and discovery.

JASI has had strong ties with law enforcement organizations such as the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Pennsylvania Sheriffs’ Association, the Pennsylvania Chiefs of Police Association, and the Fraternal Order of Police.
