Rick London is a retired Allentown police captain, with more than 25 years' experience in the department, who worked his way from patrolman to captain. He has 35 total years' experience in public safety. Rick is currently enjoying a second career as a senior project management analyst at Motorola Solutions.
Rick's areas of expertise include internal affairs, operations and administration, organizational behavior, technology acquisition and implementation, and crisis negotiation.
Rick earned a bachelor of arts in business administration at Muhlenberg College, and his MBA from Lehigh University. He is currently completing his master's degree in homeland security at Penn State.
