Course Description
Protecting and serving the people is made easier with clear communication, respect, and empathy. Penn State Fayette invites law enforcement officers and criminal justice personnel to attend a free two-day sample course on the most effective techniques behind interacting with citizens. Lunch will be included.
Talk to Me — Effective Communications is a pilot course offered through Penn State Fayette’s Office of Outreach and Continuing Education, criminal justice and psychology faculty members, and University Park’s Justice and Safety Institute (JASI).
