Payment Instructions

JASI currently offers three methods of payment for training programs: purchase order, check, and credit card by phone. Payment instructions are shown below and will also be provided in your registration confirmation email. After you register for a course, all attendees on your order will receive a confirmation email, but registration is not final until you process your payment. Mail a printed copy of your registration confirmation email and a check made payable to “Penn State” (include course name in the memo line) to:

Credit Card by Phone

Unfortunately, credit card payments can only be taken by phone at this time. After submitting your online registration, please wait at least three business days and then call the Penn State Non-Credit Registration Office at 814-867-4973 to pay by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that a registered student fails to appear at a scheduled course without notifying us of the cancellation in writing prior to the start of the course, that person/organization will be responsible for his/her tuition for the course.
